CÙ BÒCAN SUPPER CLUB WITH TONY SINGH

Cù Bòcan appeals to experimental spirits, those who are interested in seeking out the unusual and are first in line for a new experience. Through a series of short films, we want to bring you along to our second collaboration with Tony Singh MBE, captured in his Edinburgh home, and also home to his hugely popular Supper Club.

Tony Singh is one of the UK’s best-loved celebrity chefs, renowned for his lively personality and skill in designing quirky and delicious dishes. Born and raised in Leith, Edinburgh, Tony is fourth-generation Scottish Sikh, and is well known for marrying a unique fusion of Scottish and Asian flavours in his dishes.

We tasked Tony with putting a subtle twist on his dishes by incorporating our lightly peated Highland Single Malt, including our two brand new expressions Creation #3 and Creation #4. The end results were fantastic, and we now have intriguing and unique Cù Bòcan serves + dishes perfect for any occasion!

Each Cù Bòcan Single Malt offers an exploration in the subtleties of smoke, the character of the casks and the mastery of maturation. Bottled at 46% ABV, the range is non-chill filtered, natural in colour and carries a no age statement. Creation #3 and Creation #4 are limited releases, each with only 4,200 bottles available worldwide. Cù Bòcan is available in specialist shops worldwide with an RRP of £45 and £60 per 700ml bottle for the Signature, and Creations #3 and #4 respectively.

Cù Bòcan isn’t afraid to push the boundaries of convention which meant nothing was off limits when creating these recipes. Cù Bòcan’s light touch of smoke and sweet flavour pairs so well with these dishes, and is a joy to drink. This will be a staple in my household for sure”.
